Poster Making Competition

1. Themes

Participants must choose any one of the following themes:

1. Save Water, Secure the Future
2. Earth is Our Only Home
3. Smart Cities, Sustainable Cities

⚠️ Participants must strictly adhere to their chosen theme.

2. Eligibility

• Open to students of Classes 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 only
• Individual participation only

3. Participation Details

• Number of Rounds: One
• Mode: Offline (On-the-Spot Poster Making)
• Date: 29th March 2026
• Duration: 2 hours
• Reporting Time: 1 hour before the commencement of the competition
• Venue: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay
• Participation fee: Free of cost

4. Prizes and Awards

For each theme, the following prizes will be awarded:

• 🥇 1st Prize – Top entry for the theme
• 🥈 2nd Prize – Second-best entry for the theme
• 🥉 3rd Prize – Third-best entry for the theme

Prizes will be awarded based on creativity, originality, adherence to the chosen theme, and overall visual impact. The decision of the judges regarding winners and rankings for each theme will be final and binding.

5. Materials

• A3 drawing sheets will be provided by the organisers.
• Participants must bring their own stationery as per their requirements.

⚠️ Use of watercolours is strictly prohibited.

⚠️ Use of digital tools or any form of pre-made artwork is strictly prohibited.

Only the provided A3 sheet must be used for the final submission.

6. Rules and Guidelines

• The poster must be original and created during the competition time only.
• Any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification.
• Participants must adhere strictly to the selected theme.
• Participants must report to the venue on time.
• Participants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at the venue.
• Any clutter or waste created during the competition must be cleaned by the participant after completion.
• The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
